Essentials:

  • Hiking boots and Warm socks.
  • Down jacket, thermal, waterproof.
  • Sleeping bag (rated for -10 C).
  • Walking sticks for s steep portions.
  • Water purification tablets or filters.
  • Other Important Items:
  • Sunscreen, sunglasses (hat) because of high UV.
  • First aid kit (including Diamox for altitude).
  • Portable chargers (limited).

Safety & Altitude tips:

  • Take adequate rest, don’t overexert yourself, and take as many days off as possible.
