Helicopter Flight Training Tips

What are the requirements?
The requirements are fairly simple to begin the flight training process. It is required that all applicants be able to speak English fluently, be a US citizen or TSA-approved, be at least 16 years of age, and pass a medical exam.
What’s the time commitment?
Earning your helicopter pilot license will require a great deal of dedication. There are various types of pilot licenses available, however for a private pilot license, you will need at least 30 hours of dual instruction and 10 hours flying solo. For a commercial pilot license, you will need to log 150+ hours of flying time.
